পারিবারিক অপরাধ প্রতিরোধে ইসলামী দিকনির্দেশনা : প্রেক্ষাপট বাংলাদেশ|Directives of Islam in Preventing Domestic Violence Perspective of Bangladesh

Abstract

Bangladesh is a developing Muslim state ridden with manifold problems namely poverty, illiteracy, unemployment, over population and so on. In many cases these problems are liable to cause different types of offences. Not surpisingly enough, among the offences domestic violence ranks the first position. Domestic violence is the root cause of social offences. Different reasons contribute to cause domestic violence in Bangladesh. This article has attempted to identify those causes and to prescribe the ways to uproot those in the light of Islam. In enumerating the underlying reasons of domestic violence the author has employed descriptive method. On the other hand, the author has explored the tools of deductive method to portray the pragmatic directives of Islam to prevent such violence. This research has argued that proper compliance with the canons of Islamic Shariah is potent enough to prevent different types of domestic violence through the fortification of lifestyle, family ties, social cohesion, legal and moral regime.

সারসংক্ষেপ : বাংলাদেশ একটি উন্নয়নশীল মুসলিম রাষ্ট্র। দেশটি দরিদ্রতা, নিরক্ষরতা, বেকারত্ব, অধিক জনসংখ্যা ইত্যাদি নানাবিধ সমস্যাসঙ্কুল। অনেক ক্ষেত্রে এসব সমস্যা বিভিন্ন  অপরাধের জন্ম দিচ্ছে যার সর্বাগ্রে রয়েছে পারিবারিক অপরাধ। পারিবারিক অপরাধ হল সামাজিক অপরাধ সংঘটনের মূল কেন্দ্রস্থল এবং সূত্রস্থল।  বিভিন্ন কারণে এদেশে পারিবারিক অপরাধ সঙ্ঘটিত হয়। এ প্রবন্ধে সেসব কারণ চিহ্নিত করে ইসলামের দৃষ্টিতে তা নির্মূলের পদ্ধতি আলোচনা করা হয়েছে। প্রবন্ধটি রচনার ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশের পরিবারের অনাকাক্সিক্ষত, অপ্রীতিকর, অমার্জনীয়, অনভিপ্রেত বিভিন্ন অপরাধের কারণ অনুসন্ধান করে তা বর্ণনামূলক পদ্ধতিতে উপস্থাপন করা হয়েছে এবং অবরোহ পদ্ধতির অনুসরণ করে সেসব অপরাধ প্রতিরোধে ইসলামের প্রায়োগিক দিক-নির্দেশনাসমূহ তুলে ধরা হয়েছে। গবেষণান্তে প্রকাশিত হয়েছে, মুসলিম সংস্কৃতির আলোকে চললে এ দেশের মানুষের জীবনব্যবস্থা, সামাজিক সম্প্রীতি ও বন্ধন আরও সুন্দর এবং মজবুত হওয়া উচিত। কিন্তু ইসলামী অনুশাসনের সঠিক চর্চার অভাবে আমাদের প্রিয় দেশে বারংবার তা বাধাগ্রস্ত হচ্ছে। বাংলাদেশের অধিকাংশ জনগণই মুসলিম, যারা কোন ধরনের সন্ত্রাসী কর্মকা-কে সমর্থন করে না। কারণ, প্রত্যেক মুসলিমের শান্তিপূর্ণ জীবন নিশ্চিত করতে ইসলাম যে সঠিক দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদর্শন করেছে, তা অত্যন্ত সুনিয়ন্ত্রিত এবং সুপরিকল্পিত উপায়ে এসব পারিবারিক অপরাধ প্রতিরোধে সম্পূর্ণরূপে সক্ষম।
